Tie-Rod Tensioning
Pre-tension tie rods to design load (check torque specs in brochure) before concrete pour to prevent bulging. -

Use spirit levels on column forms; adjust via prop sleeves to maintain plumb within ± 2 mm. -
Release & Cleaning
Remove panels once concrete reaches 70% of design strength; clean steel and plywood surfaces immediately to extend service life.
